Hey there,
I’ve given my website an update, I’m writing online again, and my newsletter is back.
Each week, I’ll check in with my latest articles and good news about being human. For those of you who recently signed up, welcome! And welcome back to everyone else.
I write about the things that interest me. My articles are inspired by science, spirituality, and a healthy dose of comedy podcasts I’m listening to.
I hope you’ll stay in touch. Let me know what stands out to you, what you’d be interested to hear from me about, and where you’re hoping to grow in life.
You can email back here and connect with me on Twitter.

What I’m thinking about this week
Elephants have funerals.
Elephants bury their dead, line up for funeral processions, tend to the wounds of others, and might even have rituals and some form of spirituality (that’s definitely a future article). This week I went back to this article from NOVA remembering that what makes us human might not be that human at all.
Good evening. Hello. I have cancer.
On August 3, 2012, comedian Tig Notaro went on stage for a regular stand-up set and shared that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. It is a raw, masterful moment. I go back and listen to this routine when I need a dose of inspiration about what courage and authenticity look like. Check it out here.
Thanks again for signing up, and I'll be in touch next week.
Aaron
